1. Client Confidentiality
At DigPlanner, we understand that your clients' guest lists, budgets, and personal details are highly sensitive. Our business model is based entirely on software licensing (SaaS). We will never sell, share, or use your event data or your clients' personal information for advertising purposes.
2. Data Collection & RSVPs
When guests use our public RSVP links to confirm their attendance, we collect only the information strictly necessary for your event management (Name, Email, and RSVP Status). We do not track their browsing behavior or send them unsolicited marketing emails.
3. Infrastructure Security
Your event workspaces, floor plans, and budget items are hosted on isolated, encrypted cloud databases. Access to your workspace is strictly limited to your authenticated account credentials.
4. Data Deletion & Ownership
You have full ownership and control over your event data. You can export your guest lists and budgets at any time. If you choose to delete an event or your entire account, all associated data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our active servers.
