1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the DigPlanner platform, or using our public RSVP links, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not use the platform.
2. Nature of the Platform
DigPlanner is a digital workspace designed to assist event professionals with logistical organization, budget tracking, and seating arrangements. We do not guarantee the success of your events. The platform relies on the accuracy of the data you input. We are not responsible for any disputes between you, your vendors, or your clients.
3. User Responsibilities
As a Planner, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to input your clients' and guests' personal information into our system. You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, spamming, or sending malicious content through our RSVP portals.
4. Subscriptions & Cancellations
The "DigPlanner PRO" tier grants you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use premium features (such as unlimited events and PDF reporting) as long as your monthly or annual subscription is active. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used billing cycles.
